We recently worked with Tom, to purchase a second home in Pinetop. Tom was wonderful. We looked at many houses, before deciding on the perfect home for us. Tom assisted our purchase of a townhouse in Lakeside, Az. We found him to be very knowledgeable of the area, professional, and low key when showing us real estate in the area. He provided good recommendations for inspectors, lending agents, and even handymen. We visited Pinetop once and decided to buy a 2nd home there. The first realtor we contacted was Debbie. She was and is still a valuable source of information for us. To this day, anytime we have a question(about local services, etc), we go to her. She listened to everything we wanted in our 2nd home and showed us several homes meeting our criteria.
