Home Sales Down 23% in First Three Quarters of 2009 in Pinetop-Lakeside and Show Low Areas - Median Price Down 27%
During the first three quarters of 2009 homes sales in the Pinetop-Lakeside and Show Low areas dropped 23% compared to the same period last year, and the median price of the homes sold was down 27%.

Lakeside & Wagon Wheel - Down 11% (2008 - $22.5M, 2009 - $20.0M)
Show Low (excluding Torreon) - Down 23% (2008 - $31.1, 2009 - $23.9)
Torreon - Up 30% (2008 - $10.4, 2009 - $13.5)
MEDIAN PRICE OF HOMES SOLD
Pinetop Country Club Area - Down 23% (2008 - $325K, 2009 - $250K)
Pinetop (excluding the Country Club) - Down 39% (2008 - $268K, 2009 - $163K)
Lakeside & Wagon Wheel - Down 22% (2008 - $210K, 2009 - $160K)
Show Low (excluding Torreon) - Down 16% (2008 - $176K, 2009 - $$148K)
