Pinetop Crossing Legal Action Reportedly Settled
Pinetop Crossing HOA's legal action against the developer (as reported in this blog on July 27th) has reportedly been settled. The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed. This should help homeowners in Pinetop Crossing who are trying to sell their homes, because while the legal action was pending it made it difficult for buyers to find financing.
