Pinetop Crossing Legal Action Hampers Sales
The Pinetop Crossing Homeowners Association is involved in legal action (mediation, arbitration, or law suit?) against the developer pertaining to design or construction. This is making it difficult for homeowners to sell their homes because most lenders will not finance a home if the HOA is involved in a legal action. If this is not resolved quickly this could hurt property values (which are already depressed) in Pinetop Crossing. There are already two homes in Pinetop Crossing that are in the process of being foreclosed and if other homeowners are in similar situations and are unable to sell their homes they might not have any option except to lose their home through foreclosure.
