Two Developments in Show Low are in Foreclosure
According to RealtyTrac Foreclosure Reports Torreon Meadows (north of Torreon off of Hwy 60) and Bison Crossing (off Old Linden Rd. across from Needles Creek) have received Notice of Trustee Sale. Torreon Meadows consists of two parcel owned by GW Investors and they are scheduled for trustee auction on July 31st, with a minimum bid $9.3 million each. Bison Crossing is scheduled for trustee auction on Sept. 25th, with a minimum bid of $19 million. If these properties are not sold at auction (and the chance of them selling is slim and none) the lenders will take title to the properties and then try to get what they can for them.
