Currently in Navajo and Apache counties there are only 42 active listings of foreclosed homes for sale and 10 listings of short sales. In Pinetop there are only 3 foreclosed listings and no short sale listings. In Show Low there are 6 foreclosed listings and 5 short sale listings.
If this trend continues, and all indications are that it will, it is good news for property owners.
